What counts as a "monitored vendor"?
Each SaaS tool or vendor you actively track in your dashboard. You choose which ones to monitor — we don't auto-assign them.
What are "deep signals"?
Deep signals go beyond uptime: GitHub activity, job postings, changelog freshness, web presence quality, API deprecation notices, and a composite health score. Basically, is this company alive and well — not just their servers?
What is "API deprecation detection"?
We scan for public EOL announcements, endpoint sunset notices, and changelog entries about deprecated APIs. When a vendor announces they're shutting down an API or product, you get an immediate alert — before your integrations break.
What are "endpoint monitors"?
Endpoint monitors let you track whether a specific public URL (an API health endpoint, a status page, a login page) is reachable and fast. Pro users get up to 5 monitors checking every 5 minutes, 1 hour, or daily. Team users get unlimited monitors checking as often as every 1 minute. Endpoint reachability is shown separately from the vendor's composite health score — a 403 doesn't tank their score, it just tells you that URL isn't accessible to automated checks.
What happens if I hit my vendor limit on Free?
